Twist on Thai café is a family owned and operated restaurant and was created by “Ploy” Davis (ne’ Anantawarasin) and her husband Ken. Ploy immigrated to the U.S. in 2005, has worked in the food service industry since 2006 and has always dreamed of owning a restaurant. The plan was to start slowly by catering out of shared kitchen and then work our way up to a restaurant in the future.
